NOTHING can be TOO DEAD FOR THE COMMAND OF FAITH! Nothing in life puts you in command like a word from God. Under the old covenant the Spirit of the Lord rested upon certain individuals notably the King, the Prophet, and the Priest. However, in these last days, He rests upon and swells within everyone that receives Him!
To prophesy is to speak forth a word of Power to cause
changes!
It is to demand the manifestation of the divine will of God to come
